For the second straight year, Irving Elementary received a Colorado Department of Education Center of Excellence Award. In addition, Haaff Elementary School earned a Governor's Distinguished Improvement Award.

For the first time, District 60 rolled out the red carpet to celebrate an exceptional teacher and staff member from every school across the district—along with honoring district-wide Teachers and Staff Members of the Year at each level.

The musical pride of Irving Elementary took center stage this week as the Irving Bullpup Choir performed at the regular meeting of the Pueblo School District 60 Board of Education.

The School Showcase will be held at Pueblo Community College in the Fortino Ballroom from 10:00 a.m. until noon on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
