In preschool, children begin to develop foundational skills in a supportive and engaging environment. They focus on recognizing letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, while also beginning to understand the sounds of letters and how they relate to words. Through hands-on activities and play, preschoolers learn to develop early literacy and math skills, such as identifying patterns, counting, and recognizing basic shapes. Social-emotionally, children focus on building self-regulation by learning to share, take turns, and follow simple routines. Playtime is essential for building social skills, as children interact with peers, practice communication, and solve problems together. Preschool is also a time for developing motor skills through activities like drawing, cutting, and building, which help strengthen hand-eye coordination and physical control. Students are encouraged to explore their creativity, express their ideas, and build a sense of curiosity about the world around them.
