Counseling

I have made my home at Irving for the past 16 years; first teaching Kindergarten, then as an Instructional Coach, and as the school counselor for the last four years.  My time in these positions has provided me the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with students and families in our community.  As the School Counselor, my hope is that your student will leave Irving Elementary feeling accepted and empowered by who they are as a person.  My role is to walk alongside your student as a support and advocate for a safe and positive learning environment that recognizes every student’s potential. I am able to support and be a liaison between families in need and community resources.  Please reach out at any time if you have a need of any kin or have questions.
